A 3-day workshop designed for singles and couples that goes beyond the traditional meaning of and purpose for relationships and opens the portal for a New Relationship Paradigm to emerge that serves a greater purpose.
The workshop is an intensive process designed to take participants deep into their own consciousness to determine the beliefs, attitudes and conditioning that have formed the framework for current and previous relationships. The process offers tools and exercises for:
· Taking personal and relationship inventories;
· Discovering Core Negative Beliefs that draw and attract unhealthy relationships;
· Removing the barriers to healthy relationships;
· Opening the way for the ultimate relationship, the new relationship paradigm, to emerge; and
· Building the foundation for for Sacred Partnership that is greater and more purposeful than the sum of its parts.
The workshop combines lecture, open-forum discussions, individual and group exercises, meditation, and pracal tools for daily use following the workshop.
Friday: Getting the Love You Want
Sheila and Michael will guide participants in breaking down the barriers to attracting healthy relationships by discovering who they are that attracts the relationships they get and healing the core negative beliefs that set them up for failure. Participants will determine what they really wish to attract, learn tools for aligning with it and know how to evaluate what they attract in order to avoid finding themselves back in the same relationships they previously attracted.
Saturday: Keeping the Love You Get, Part I
The Facilitators will support participants in: determining what is at the core of their relationship issues, what they bring to their relationship, what relationships are for, the role of Soul Contracts and how to use the tools of forgiveness, non-violent communication, creative conflict and loving from the new paradigm to create the Awakened Relationship
Sunday: Keeping the Love You Get, Part II
Michael and Sheila take participants through some final exercises, followed by a recap of the weekend and homework for continuing their efforts to build and maintain the Awakened Relationship. The workshop will conclude with a Relationship Healing Circle.
